Nothing wrong with Ogbonna. Under a decent manager he'd flourish. Not helped by Cresswell's laziness and inability to defend either.

Not a terrible player but seems a bit too laid-back to me. Lacks the intensity and urgency needed in pressured situations. To be honest I am more concerned about Cresswell at the moment.

Wouldn't be too upset if we sold him.
I do like the look of Jonathan Tah at leverkusen, could cost us about 15 million. But he's only 20 and looks quality, big, athletic and can defend.

He isn't as good as we were led to believe but he is OK. In fact on the ball he's excellent imo. It's in panic situations where he can't cope and has a tendency to ball watch instead of looking to see where the problem might be coming from...
I hear Ginge is nearly fit and I'd be happy to see him back paired with Reid sometime.

Like a number don't know what has happened to him this season. His decision making has become poor and appears to have lost speed over 5 yards, important when you are marking the faster strikers.Reid appears to be doing all the work at the back.
Again what the hell has happened to him. There does appear to be a lack of confidence throughout the whole team.
We need the shrinks in.

He's terrified at the moment. He just about has the courage to turn back and pass to the keeper. The last couple of matches seems like he's been told to try and pass forward a bit more, but he's struggling.
He needs someone to help him relocate his bottle.

I would like to think we can get close to 40 points fairly sharpish then the likes of Oxford/Burke/fletcher etc get more game time.
However the prize money per place now makes that less likely.
